Room Rates and Reservations
- Best Available Rate: Our Best Available Rate includes a continental breakfast for each guest.
- Special Rate: We offer a Special Rate option that does not include breakfast.
- Room Preferences: While we will do our best to accommodate specific room or suite requests, we can only guarantee the booked category, not a particular room or suite.
Pricing and Charges
- Service Charge: All room rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
- Sales Tax: Persons domiciled in Peru are subject to an additional 18% sales tax on room rates.
Tax Regulations
- Additional Fee for Peruvian Citizens and Long-term Visitors: In accordance with local tax laws, Peruvian citizens and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru must pay an additional 18% fee (IVA).
- Tax Exemption Requirements:
- To be exempt from the 18% IVA, guests must present a copy of both their immigration card and passport upon check-in.
- Both documents are required for fee exemption; otherwise, the fee will be applied.
- Business Travelers: Foreign business travelers requiring a printed invoice will be subject to the 18% fee, regardless of their stay duration in Peru.
- Reservation Costs: The 18% fee is not automatically included in the total reservation cost and will be added as applicable.
General Policies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations free of charge can be made up to 7 days before arrival during the normal season.
For Trade fairs, the cancellations free of charge must be made up to 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations made later on will be charged with 80% of the entire stay.
Cancellations made on the same day of arrival will be charged with 100% of the entire stay.
Non-refundable. With a non-refundable rate, guests pay the full price if they cancel, make changes or don't show up.
